Workout
Monday- stationary bike 7.15 miles + 8 min abs + arm workout
It felt really good on the bike yesterday. My leg didn’t give me any troubles and I actually worked up a sweat. Following the bike I did abs and then 7 min power arm workout where I did 7 different arm exercises for 1 min. I try and do as many reps as I can leaving my arms feeling like jello! It’s great if you’re in a time crunch.

Tangent Tuesday
1. while you are reading this I’m probably at my doctor appointment. I finally made an appointment to go see a sports medicine dr. so I hope I have some answers on my sad leg=(
2. Yesterday I went to the water park with family. It was really hot out, but we had a good time. J and I enjoyed some oranges. (quite possibly the creepiest photo I have ever posted of myself on here, enjoy!)
3. When J gets out of the bath and he’s wrapped in his towel it’s my favorite. And for just a sec he looks like a baby again, so cute.

omg- towel J is adorable!! Can’t wait to hear what the doctor says. I couldn’t get an appointment til September for mine…but it’s at least starting to feel a little better.

Little kids, regardless of age, are super cute in towels! Sleeping kids are cute, too. I’ve got a sleeping 8 month old in my arms now. He normally naps well but we were having issues today so I’m sitting in the dark with him. Thank goodness for iPhones that keep me occupied. I use Olay face moisturizer with SPF. I’ve used it for years and love it. When it comes to lotion/shampoo/cosmetics if I can buy it from Target then we are good to go.

I alternate between the Mary Kay Velocity lightweight moisturizer and a cheap ponds anti-wrinkle cream which is a little bit heavier. Moisturizer is the ONE thing I absolutely CANNOT live without. I slather it on big time!
woah, I would think the humidity would be enough lotion…or it would make me sweat off whatever lotion I had on.
I’m totally looking those up, I love a lightweight moistorizer
